Frequently Asked Questions

Are DeLiberato’s Bakery Products Gluten Free?

Yasss Queen!!! All of DeLiberato’s Bakery products are Gluten Free. Living with Celiac disease has granted us the realities of living with food sensitivities. All of our tools and utensils are dedicated to the production of gf goodies.

How much notice does DeLiberato’s Bakery need for them to create my order?

We ask for a minimum of 1 week to prepare your order. We will do our best to make your specific pick-up date, but days can fill up and be booked. If you have a specific date in mind, please let us know as soon as you can to reserve your spot.

For events, please allow at least 1 month in advance to place your order.

Does DeLiberato’s Bakery offer any items that cater to different food sensitivities like: dairy-free, nut-free, vegan, etc.?

Our main focus is gluten free baked goods. With that, we are also aware that often other food sensitivities and allergies go hand in hand with gluten free. A few of our items are dairy-free, nut-free, or vegan. Please contact us to discuss what we can make to fit your needs.

I have a desire for just one item, is that possible or is there a minimum order?

We do have minimum orders for our items. We try to make them as small as we can without wasting food. We would love to be able to offer single items all the time, but until then, be on the lookout for our special Saturday box sales. It is a great way to sample a variety of items without committing to the minimum order.

Where is DeLiberato’s Bakery located?

We call Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio home! We operate as a Cottage Bakery, which means we bake and sell out of our own home. Once your order is placed, we will send you an invoice with the address for pick up.

What are DeLiberato’s Bakery hours of operation?

We offer pick-ups Monday-Saturday after 10 AM. We are closed on Sundays.

Does DeLiberato’s Bakery have any recommendations for storing my treats?

Gluten free baked goods do handle differently than traditional baked goods. Many items will do best in a covered (but not air-tight) container on the counter for 1-3 days. If you will not be able to enjoy the treats by then, pop your treats in the freezer and save them for a later day!

I bought my delicious treats, but I can’t eat them right away, are there ways to reheat and refresh these neglected goodies?

If you know you can’t eat them within a day or so, we do recommend freezing your baked goods. When you are ready to enjoy, pull them out to thaw overnight and enjoy! Warming them up in the oven or microwave (after it is fully thawed) can give you that fresh from the oven feeling.
